Turin, 19-20 May 2022 With the 132nd session of the Committee of Foreign Affairs Ministers of the Council of Europe, chaired by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Luigi Di Maio, Italy’s semester of Presidency of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe officialy ended. Italy’s Minister gave an overview of his country’s achievements over the past six months.
At the end, a press conference was held with the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Italy and Ireland and the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, during which the Irish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Simon Coveney, presented the priorities of his country’s Presidency.
