22 March 2022 Ms Mariastella Gelmini, Minister of Regional Affairs and Autonomy, participated remotely to the 42nd Session of the Congress, on behalf of the Italian Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers.
“At all levels of government we must continue to strive for better democracies, better governance, fairer and more just societies where everyone has equal access to all fundamental rights, including social rights,” she affirmed.
